Our large single-chambered bat house weighs 14 lbs. and measures 27" high x 25" wide x 2.5" deep. At peak season, approximately 35 bats* can roost comfortably in this house. Install single-chambered houses on wood or masonry homes, barns, or other structures to help buffer temperature fluctuations.
